David Wolfer, Owner and Executive Chairman of Agilitech, co-founded Innovative Engineering Systems, Inc. (IES) in 2002 alongside fellow engineer Ben Gough. Together, they built the company into a world-class engineering and construction firm, serving global customers with a steadfast commitment to excellence. With 30 plus years of industry experience, David has guided the company through a remarkable journey of strategic growth, demonstrating an entrepreneurial vision that has shaped Agilitech into the industry leader it is today.

Under David’s leadership, Agilitech has successfully navigated multiple mergers and acquisitions—including TSM and ESI—integrating the expertise, strengths, and reputations of these companies to expand capabilities and better serve customers. He has also spearheaded the establishment of several market-focused divisions, such as Food & Beverage, ensuring Agilitech remains adaptive and innovative in meeting industry needs.

David is deeply committed to building a team of the most talented, experienced, and knowledgeable professionals.
